The Fraternal Order of Police Lodge 141 Foundation, representing the Mahoning County Sheriff’s Deputies, is a 501(c)(3) non-profit organization dedicated to supporting our community and honoring those who serve.

Our Mission

Your support helps us make a meaningful impact through several community-focused programs. One of our most cherished initiatives is Shop with a Deputy, which pairs at-risk children from across Mahoning County, Ohio, with a Deputy during the holiday season. Together, they enjoy breakfast, shop for gifts, and share an afternoon movie — creating positive memories and relationships that last a lifetime.

Honoring the Fallen

Each year during Police Week, our lodge hosts a solemn ceremony to honor officers who have made the ultimate sacrifice — giving their lives in the line of duty while protecting and serving. Families of the fallen are invited to attend a church service, hear tributes from guest speakers, witness roses placed upon a memorial wreath (each rose representing a fallen officer), and observe the wreath presentation, accompanied by taps and a 21-gun salute. The ceremony concludes with a luncheon for all attendees.
